If anything terrible ever happens as a result of 24fps, it will probably be because we launched the official comic on Friday the 13th.

This was a very simple joke, used more to introduce the comic than anything else. It shows the three core characters and tells us that Jack's a movie critic. Incidentally, he is reading Stage & Screen, which we later decided was the magazine he writes for. At the time though, it was just a name for something that would be fitting for him to read.
